Our Carebox
Our Carebox is a personally customized care box with nursing and aid supplies that is delivered directly to your home. Individuals who have a care level can legally claim these aids according to § 40 SGB XI, with a monthly value of up to 40 Euros. These costs are fully covered by the long-term care insurance. The contents of the box include, among other things, bed protection liners, disposable gloves, disinfectants, as well as surgical or FFP2 masks, aiming to simplify and improve your daily nursing routine.

Who is entitled to care aids?
Legal entitlement
Individuals with a care level have a legal entitlement to care aids that contribute to making everyday life easier. The allocation of these aids occurs after an assessment of the individual's needs by the responsible care insurance fund.
Starting from care level 1
Unlike care allowance, care aids are accessible even for individuals with the lowest level of care need (care level 1).
Applications can also be made through relatives
Relatives who take on care responsibilities also have the option to apply for care aids on behalf of the person in need of care.
