The person to be cared for currently lives at home or in a shared living arrangement. In addition, the person in need of care must be able to demonstrate a recognized care level between 1 and 5. The legal basis for this is the Care Strengthening Act §78 Abs. 2 in conjunction with §40 Abs. 2 SGB XI.

As soon as your nursing care insurance has granted approval, we will inform you immediately and send your first order right away. From then on, you will receive your care box every four weeks.

You can change your care box at any time without any problems. Please simply inform us by phone or email that you wish to make a change.

We have selected all products with care and consideration. The Seniorcare care box contains only high-quality branded products made in Germany.

As a privately insured person, you also have the option to receive a care box. Just send us an email and we will send you the application. Fill it out and send it back to us. After we have processed your application, you will receive the care box. You will then receive an invoice, which you can submit to your private nursing insurance to get reimbursed for the costs.

There is no time limit for the entitlement to care products as long as the care continues in the home environment.

Most nursing care insurances typically reimburse the costs of reusable bed protection pads for reasons of sustainability. The insurances usually cover 90 percent of the costs, while a co-payment of 10 percent is to be made, unless there is an exemption from additional payments according to §40 Abs. 3 Satz 5 SGB XI. The maximum co-payment amounts to 5.32 euros per year. The unit price of a reusable bed protection pad is 26.16 euros.
